The
Madge Wireless Access Points create the link between the wired
network and the 802.11 Wireless network. The Wireless Access
Point delivers a range of the security functions, either in a
standalone mode or as part of a more advanced configuration with
Access Servers.
The Wireless Enterprise Access Server will auto-discover Wireless
Access Points on the same subnet.
Madge has defined the standards-compliant Madge
Security Model to assist in the planning and implementation of Wireless security.
